Luis F Libreros - President

He graduated Hostos college of New York. Luis Joined the concrete restoration industry in 2001, where he handle financing, bonding, purchasing and assisted the owner on the field supervising.

Luis obtained a Florida Certificated General Contractor License in 2006. As a safety expert for construction companies he holds certifications for OSHA and The National Safety Council Florida Chapter. Born in Colombia, Luis is fluent in Spanish and English, which guaranties excellent communications with Engineers, Inspectors, and Field personnel.

Esvin Vasquez

Esvin Vasquez - Vice-President

Esvin has been active in the field of concrete restoration since 2001, working for two well renowned and stablished concrete restoration companies.

Esvin started his career as a entry level employee. Through his hard work and quick ability to learn, he was able to ascent his position thru this companies. Esvin has held positions of Foreman, Supervisor, Field Lead Supervisor and Estimator.

His hard work and determination to gain more knowledge has led him to Golden Construction as a Vice-President.
